Trot

Trot is tucked away on the banks of the Tagus river. Wake up to wide open views across the water and a private island where horses roam and birds skim. Space to chill out, take a deep breath and disconnect.

Trot highlights

Perched on the banks of the Tejo, Portugal’s longest river, you won’t find a better view to sit and watch the world float by.

Grab the binoculars to see ospreys dive for fish, herons stalk the banks and wild horses swim to the island.

Best BBQ view in Portugal? Maybe. We’re biased. Morning or evening, it’s always a good time to fire up the gas BBQ.
