Every hideout has its own kind of morning… Maybe it’s reading on the deck while the valley wakes up, or sitting by the river watching the light change. Whatever your ritual, it should start with a good cup of coffee.
Fábrica have been roasting speciality coffee in Lisbon since 2015. They work directly with small farms around the world, bringing their beans back to Sintra to roast.
We wanted to bring better coffee to our hideouts, but we also wanted to work with someone local. Fábrica felt like a good fit, and after trying their coffee at the cabins, we didn’t need much convincing.

We’re rolling Fábrica out across our hideouts this autumn, starting with Trot and Alma. Both are now stocked with freshly roasted beans and everything you need to brew a proper cup.
Make a coffee, take it out to the deck and put your feet up. That's the whole plan.

Set beside the Tagus River, Alma is a peaceful hideout surrounded by open views and abundant wildlife. Spend slow mornings watching the water, explore the island, then settle in for a quiet evening beneath the stars.
